What Is the Product?

You can't start off with a CRM. That's not low time in effort to value. Adopt a CRM is like putting a bunch of stuff in there, setting up your stages. We need something like ideally a more like Dropbox, right? I think with CTOD and his team created like the sidekick app which was more about just like understanding when and who is opening up your sales emails. And that allowed us to leverage that opening use case into what we all know as a broader CRM.
