Is the Supreme Court Lacking Jurisdiction?

I was going to file an amicus brief, an appending case that might have required me to join the speaker bar. But I decided to instead just write an essay for the Atlantic. That sounds easier. You don't have to do a table of authorities or any of that stuff. No filing requirements. So who knows? Who knows whether this is jurisdiction over this or not? The Supreme Court sometimes says when it's some tikki taki procedural requirement and they like you just fine.
