You're Not 15 Anymore?

No matter your age ability, wherever you are in your fitness journey, whether you're right at the beginning or you feel very accomplished, you can run. If you take time out of your day to put your trainers on, lace em up and head out the door, then you're a runner. And if you could go back and give your 18 year old self one piece of advice? What would it be? I think to not be afraid of who i trully am would be mine.
