Interviewing is such a draining cess, as i was just touching on. One of the most important things i can tell you about this weird, super uncomfortable process known as interviewing is simply, be authentic. Just be who you are. And if you don't know something, admit it, but be sure to add, but i can learn it. I've been on the other side of the table many times, interviewing potential team members on the design side, and it's unattractive. There's a lot of ego. It's not a good look. Be kind to yourself, because you deserve it.

This is the last episode of 2021. After nearly two years of outlining the content for this episode and nearly two months (at time of writing) of recording and editing, here's everything I know (so far) on landing a job in UX.
