The Sloppiness of the Affordable Care Act

The Affordable Care Act was a huge transfer of wealth from like higher income voters who again, like tend to vote Republican towards some really low income voters. And you saw that also in the way the Medicaid expansion works. One of the things I find really bizarre about the structure of the tax credits is they don't scale five to one. It's just going to make it so expensive if you're older to buy a cut price.
