How to Control Mob Violence in a Black Lives Matter Protest

i can't think of a single human being, not borocco bama, not anyone ia i can come up with, who could have gone to some of the more out of control. The president of the united states played a unique role in stoking this. And when i read the comments by his supporters, it is amazing how much they sound like people on the extreme opposite side of the political spectrum.
