The rent was over-inflated for the purpose of selling the asset to someone. The landlord probably put cash flow constraints on his business, which means he couldn't pay the bills and therefore probably went bust. We see after settlement, all of a sudden the big 10 grand bill comes in. So I get many calls from clients going, it's got... Why don't we find this bill out? And they mysteriously don't find the issue until after settlement. It's like how convenient. Who? You know who?
