Alzheimer's - Is There a Therapeutic Approach?
I think we're seeing the Alzheimer's field turn a corner, which is extremely exciting to me and that just very recently in the news we've heard about antibody treatments that are able to slow down the cognitive decline. We have been working with one of the gentlemen that came up with what's called the amyloid hypothesis, Dennis Seltow, at Harvard. And his lab in our lab are working together to identify small molecule therapeutics for Parkinson's. I feel should provide hope to people, even if it's not going to immediately provide any sort of lengthening their lives or saving their lives right now, providing hope and I find that I find it very inspiring.
