The Midterm Election and the US Energy Minister's Comments

Saudi Arabia's energy minister made some very strong comments saying losing emergency stock may become painful in months to come. The US Strategic Petroleum Reserve, that's the emergency reserve, was supposed to keep set aside in case we needed it in case of war for example. I don't think February natural gas in Europe is going negative anytime soon. Unseasonably mild weather has been an incredibly huge blessing for Europe but winter ain't over until it's over and it hasn't even started yet.
