Why Is Musk Paying $54.20 a Share?

Twitter's former head of security, Peter Mudge Zacko came forward with a whistleblower complaint alleging the network was teetering on failure and employed foreign spies. Twitter sued Musk asking a Delaware court to force the deal to close must then counter sued alleging fraud over the bod issue. It was just weeks ago before the October trial, a court filing revealed the content of text messages between Musk and his allies. That is, I think what he's doing here. He's absolutely wrong.
