If you have access, go for it. I mean, there's, you know, sustainability outweighs optimal, right? Sometimes people get so caught up on like, what is this more optimal for you? But if you're less likely to be consistent with it and fit in your schedule, then it isn't optimal anymore for you. It was a really good question. People look at it and they see a barbell on it and they think, Oh, I could substitute every barbell exercise with a Smith machine. And it's the same thing. It's just more stable.
