Is There Any Way to Tell if the Comments Are From Real People?
It's very hard to tell. Some of the accounts do seem to be real people. They have a history of posting photos of themselves, of their family. But most of these accounts didn't have any identifying features. And actually getting to the bottom of how coordinated a lot of these accounts are and the narratives that they're pushing are is a difficult quest to answer.
