The History of the CBI

The CBI was set up during the war, which is correct. The first office of the CBI was setup in Lahore. First case that the CBI registered after it was constituted was that the station officer of Lahore was arrested while taking a bribe of Rs. 1 from a person for under weighing the cargo that he wanted to be shipped on the train.
