Could the Gut Microbiome Reverse Engineer a Signal for Better Sleep?

One out of every two adults in first wold nations is chronically sleep deprived. I think it leads to a release of a stress chemistry, particularly quartusal. Quartusal is known in the girt microbium to produce this im balance. Could the gut microbiom be a path through which can reverse engineer a signal for better sleep in the brain? It's one that i'd like to test a tel there was a really interesting study. And we're starting to do a lot of work on this now.
