Each year the there's about six or seven % of turn over boxes that come off their old leasesand get signed on new ones. Why is it a good thing for the box less ors? Is it because there are fewer boxers hitting at boxes hitting the market? And then in the longer term, it creates a tighter market. So that's why the extremely tight utilization situation is very good for a company like textaner or triton.
