The Importance of Clarity in Bullying
I don't justify any of the behavior and nor would I argue for one second that it gets the best out of people. It doesn't. But you've got to be careful about this term. And if you are of the view and you should be, that bullies should be sacked for bullying, I think we need more precision about exactly what it means. If he had held his seat, there is an argument to adapt as much as you can. Yes, may be complain, but it's this term, bully with the sacable consequences, which I think is too vague at the moment.
