What's the Difference Between Over Diagnosis and Misdiagnosis?

In the emergency department, you shouldn't have a test that comes back positive. The only way i'm going to avoid this is to not order the c t scan in the first place. I think it's also important to emphasize that we're talking about over diagnosis here, and that's actually than mis diagnosis. And i like the p e example, cause i think it points a little bit towards the solution.
