I left ernston young when there were no job postings or opportunities. I started doing more of my own coaching and speaking and facilitating again, and then got invited to join. It was right at the two year mark that the podcast started to go david mead became the first person outside of simon who gave talks anddid workshops on simon's behalf that wasn't simon. And so they needed someone to fill David's shoes - i became that person. We ended up doing quite a bit of work with ernstond young later, from simon, and i ended up helping with it quite a bit,. Which was amazing, how that work aata came full circle.
