Elixir has built a piece of logic that sits inside elixir, sits inside the google voice assistant. It acts as an inter face, i'm assuming, to a municipalitis special data base. So we've got our own skill and action for both of those brandse. We've named it c one one. That's that sort of a take on municipalities call center.
