The Someday, Monday Dilemma

When you try to change parts of school, you end up tugging against something that someone else thinks is kind of really important. The only way for the most part that you can get to someday is with a series of Monday steps. When I was teaching wilderness medicine, I never said to myself, we're going to throw out the whole lesson and just have to be completely different.
