i think we've stacked our institutions in ways that give extra voice and power to activeiss and tremist i mean, the spread of political primaries in both parties is a great example of that. I am in favor of getting rid of our first pass of the post voting system and replacing it either with rank choice voting or with proportional representation. There are still a fairly large number of people in the middle that are not so politicized. If you can find the pot politician that can really appeal to that group, i think you've still got a political base for fixing at least some of the worst excesses that we've seen in the last few years.
