Non Linear Dieting Strategies

I think we still have a lot to learn about exactly how to structure diet breaks and refeeds, and where they may or may not actually be effective. There isp sing research there, but i wouldn't say that it's conclusive research. The important thing is just kind of the the caviot, which is that all those potential benefits of using those non linear strategies are worth exploring.
