Work Management Tools

A 2017 study documented that across North America, there's something like 60% of people within organizations are spending their time on this work about work. So I guess my question is, how concerned are we by this? And has that number gone down in the recent years as people adopt more work management tools? Or is it just another problem that they need to solve? Has it moved to something else now? And now we have to deal with how to connect remotely, just curious to hear your thoughts on that.
