Service Now - A Great Product for Your Business
Service now is great for organizations because it can scale to the size of your business. You have both software and hardware assets, both of which you can track within service now. With those catalogue items, you can allow people to go in and request an asset. And as part of that, you can build out work fellows that say, hhe if i don't have particular asset in this location, i can take a look at and see what other locations may be have an asset that i need to have it shipped. It's obviously going to be cheaper to ship an asset than it would be to buy a brand new one,. right?
