The Voice of an Average American Can Be Heard at Hearings
The voice of an average American can be heard in Washington, D.C., the place to do it very often is committees. There's also something that I call an unlabeled expert, someone who is coming in and they have not been associated publicly with an issue. Of course there are also a fourth type of witness which I call in the book a spokesperson for an issue. Those witnesses are also an important part of the process.
