Is There a Law That Says You Have to Pay Your Taxes?
The 16th Amendment gave Congress the power to take attacks on incomes from whatever source, without the state's apportioning it. The enabling legislation is 26th United States code starting at section one. So the idea that there is no law that says you have to pay your taxes is just nonsense.
