Julian Assange and the WikiLeaks Release
James Murdoch worked with Julian Assange on the WikiLeaks release in 2010 of a huge cash of leaked military documents. The Obama Department of Justice actually declined to prosecute Assange over these leaks that didn't threaten the New York Times, sort of First Amendment rights. "I went public because I thought he was doing a lot of unethical things," says Murdoch.
