The Importance of Interest Rates

Interest rates matter. That's all I've been trying to get at over the years. Of course, people can speculate like there's no tomorrow when interest rates are at 5%. They don't need to be at zero. The dot com bubble existed in a 5% interest rate world. But fundamentals kick ass on the 2010s too. Apple is up 10% since the start of 2022. Netflix is still down 30% almost. Facebook is still down 14%. The queues are down 5%. NVIDIA is up 50%.
