Ocars have limitations. They are just a tool. Having them doesn't mean that you've created a successful company a and if youwere achieving your ocars and you're not successful, then your ocares were probably bad. And so i think the thing to keep in mind is to separate your efforts or inputs from outcomes. The reality is that your team can do an x ational job executing, and that's the implete, and they can still be unsuccessful at achieving whatever outcome that you say. This is where we get emotional around connecting those two things. We need to be able to have an honest conversation in about if we should change course.
