Circulation of the Light Body
The ritual involves imagining that light is circulating around your body in synchronization to your breath. It's easy to find but you know, if anybody is interested in this you should go and do it the proper way by reading about it and yeah, doing it properly. And then I started seeing in my mind but really strongly this light be almost like mercury, like liquid mercury, kind of quick silver, kind of silvery stuff moving around me. Then I suddenly got this impression that my skin had gone green, like pale green.
