Children's Literature

Have we always had children's literature as part of our literary harrison? Well, i mean, we've had books that we've sort of used with children. Anmi ean one of the first ones actually, s proverbs. But it was only really at the end of the nineteenth century that we started to see children's literature in its most ideal form. In order to understand the meaning of something, you almost have to do that in a narrative of some kind.
