What Gives You Hope?
John: What gives me hope is how much we underestimate human capacity. We're actually running at a very suboptimal level, especially in terms of cooperation as a society. There's a lot of untapped collective intelligence that could emerge from trust-based networks and out-compete people who are only doing things for economic incentive or self-interest. So there's so much spondere, human potential. That's very powerful.
