Nitinol: A Shape Memory Alloy

Jimmy Spoon was given a special alloy of nickel and titanium called Nitinol. Nitinol is what's known as a shape memory alloy. It has the remarkable almost magic ability to remember a shape that it was given during a heat treating process. With the right psychological conditioning you can be made to think you're applying the force needed to bend the spoon, but in reality all it needs is some heat.
