How Did It All Start With Me?

Hou: I think we as humans or are quite terrible at reverse engineering the neural net in our head. And it does seem to be the sense of, to your point, getting some type of positive affirmation that it is ok to do a thing. We're tribal species. We have a collection of people we admire and respect. You start thinking, how could i get more of that? That felt good. This is a way for me to know that i'm ly kind of doing the right thing, headed in the right direction. Hou: The world where we're in to day is there's a shortage of positive feedback, especially positive feedbeck to the right people.
