The Russian Rupee Can No Longer Be Considered Convertible
The russian ruble can no longer be considered convertible because there's so much of currency regulation in russia today. The chinese yuano renminbi has never been convertible and if a currency is not convertible you can't really say that it is in a clear value as a reserve currency.
