The Cuban Revolution and the Energy Revolution in the United States

Fidel Castro's speech was an adaptation of his court defense speech after the attack on the Moncada barracks in 1953. I think something like 5% of the Cuban population remain outside of the national grid and without electricity. And so Cuba is extraordinarily vulnerable in terms of its energy supply. But they've been broadly consistent with that within, you know, the resource constraints that Cuba has.
