Like the actor they are a crew member, but they're just doing a very different job. And and that can be really hard because right the crew mode is maybe faster paced. It's very business. Kind of straightforward kind of objective information is being communicated sometimes. And then you kind of need to slow down and sort of flip to this different mode so that you aren't right treating them like they're not people. I my heart breaks, my heart breaks for actors consistently because of what they have to go through. it's insane. What you gotta do?
