How do you approve patterns? Do you guys have like a central governing body that sits together and everyone just cannot vote? So what we do is, yes, we write it down and people have it. And then we circle around. If we can't come to agreement, then, you know, then, we,. as in, yeah, I have two options. Either I can scale back the ask, or I can try and escalate. But escalation has problems, because what we're really after here is participation with their souls.
