Grant: I recently did a webcast with the indie author Denise Grover Swank. She told me how her books were initially rejected and she decided to publish them herself. Grant: So many indie authors actually don't have a veil of secrecy, like traditionally published writers tend to do. He says they often talk about their investments in their books as a way to help fellow indie authors.
