The real important 80 % capability is the ability to learn, work with others for impact and persuade. These are skills that you use your entire career, but no one's really digging into im during a job interview. Can this person identify an opportunity, nd then take advantage of it? Can this person learn a new skill? Will they grow? Will they want to be a bigger contributor? And we don't assess any of that as a business. So if you want to create opportunities for yourself, it's more about seeing what opportunities are out there, and then being able to execute.
