How Do You Get Your Ingredients From?

We try to use as much local ingredients as possible. The majority of our grain bill, a like 90 % of it, comes 20 minutes from here. We get some odpepe pops out from the western coast and we're going after european stuff too. Our eight year old tap handle is oont on top of the tap handle so that once we get into packaging, it's alourng point in selling beer. And i don't give a flying shet if anybody likes it. I mon to brew the beer that i want to brew with the water i wants to brew with,. fingers cross, it tastes good.
