Is This a Tax Policy Problem or an IRS Problem?
The IRS rule is not in statute. And so one of the purposes of doing this audit was to determine whether or not we need to make this a statutory mandate. If you got a complicated person running for president, you need the staff at the IRS to be able to go through that stuff.
