People who had moved once or twice actually received lower compensation at a time than comparable people who haven't moved at all, right? Right. So there is a level, a perception, I guess, by firms about that component of international mobility. But again, it seems to be surprisingly in some sense, depending what you're expecting, surprisingly limited to people who've really moved a lot.
