Where do there may be people who don't believe in Christ or people who are uninformed about spiritual gifts and saying, you definitely should not speak in tongues without an interpreter because they're going to think you're crazy. He says it's not an issue of speaking or not speaking, but rather the volume with which you speak. "If we look at tongues and we say, hey, this is not something that we need in the body of Christ, then I think you're devaluing something that the Spirit's trying to do in our midst"
