Is Pope Francis a Heretic?

Pope Francis is such an obvious and notorious heretic that 1500 scholars and others in the Vatican II Church signed a letter that openly accuses him of the crime of heresy. Heretics can be notorious by notoriety of fact without any canonical process as pre-Vatican II canonists correctly taught. Almost all of the heresies that Francis promotes were promoted by John Paul II and Benedict XVI and are rooted directly in Vatican II.
