What's Microbial Fermentation?

The company uses DNA sequencing and inserting that into a microbe. And then it produces proteins out the other side. For us, we've designed and made our microbe just really efficient at producing animal proteins very efficiently across the board. We haven't yet spoken about what happens next but I believe there's some sort of filtering that takes place versus say Paul Shapiro's company, Better MeCo.
