How Do You Feel About Overtraining?
I think over-training is one of those things where I think most athletes don't recognize that they're doing it until they get injured. As my career has progressed I've just needed to add in components that make me feel whole and make me feel like I'm contributing in other ways. If a race doesn't go well and I don't win the Boston Marathon then at least I have something that I can feel good about, so that's how you keep going.
