Are US Persons Suspending All Sales and Services to Chinese Chip Tool Makers?

Financial times is now reporting that leading US chip tool makers are suspending all sales and services to Chinese chip making companies right now. Even ASML is telling their US staff to stop serving Chinese customers while they assess these new rules. Do you expect this abrupt suspension from these companies or is this a precautionary measure while they try to figure out how they can adjust their compliance schemes and still continue doing business in China? Yeah, it's a bit of both. I mean because it is so complicated the companies that work hard to comply with the regulations don't want to inadvertently make a mistake.
