Recruiting Is a Crash Course
I've made so many like so, i don't know if i'd call them mistakes, fit so many learnings along the way. So my strategy is totally do all the things that don't scale at the moment. I think where we will really make money is through this kind of talent matching. And so it's bein a crash course for me understanding how recruitment works.
