The Positive Signs for the Office Market This Week
There's still some headwinds fighting for the office industry. Morrie Trust bought 49.9% of 245 Park Avenue, a 1.7 million square foot office near Grand Central. The property was worth 2.2 billion when a loan was made on this in 2017. For something like this to have only a nine and a half percent discount to the 2017 value is terrific.
